Service status
The public health response reports the deployed service version and environment. It does not bypass marketplace access controls on calculation routes.
Rule availability
A suspect rule is disabled or returns rule_not_verified instead of a guessed amount. Availability can therefore be healthy while a particular scenario is deliberately unavailable.
Incidents
Follow the safe reporting steps on the support page. Include the request ID and rule version, but no property or identity information.
