Privacy
March APIs collects only the operational information needed to run, secure and improve Australian Stamp Duty & Property Costs. The calculator runs in your browser; its property values and eligibility declarations are not sent to March APIs.
Information collected
The website records allowlisted events such as a page view, calculator submission, successful estimate, manual-review result, pricing view and RapidAPI click. An event can include the page path, a traffic category and campaign tags supplied in the URL. It does not include property values, contract dates, addresses, names, calculator declarations or a cross-site advertising identifier.
Cloudflare necessarily processes network and device metadata to deliver and protect the website and API. API logs retain a request identifier, route, response status, duration, applied rule versions, aggregate error codes and, for a single estimate, the jurisdiction. Request bodies, API keys, proxy headers, names, addresses, property values and eligibility evidence are not written to application logs.
RapidAPI and support
RapidAPI handles subscriptions, account details, API keys, billing and marketplace usage under its own terms and privacy practices. When you contact the provider through RapidAPI or GitHub, those services process your account and message. March APIs uses the message only to respond, operate the service and identify aggregate product needs.
Use and retention
Operational data is used for reliability, security, source maintenance and aggregate product measurement. Infrastructure providers process it on March APIs' behalf. It is not sold and is not used to build advertising profiles. Website event counts are stored as daily aggregates without a visitor identifier. Operational logs are kept only for the period available in the relevant platform and needed for these purposes, then expire or are deleted.
Access and correction
Most application logs cannot reasonably be linked back to a person. For a privacy question, access or correction request, contact the provider through the RapidAPI listing or open a confidential-contact request through the project support tracker. Please do not include property or identity documents. A response is normally sent within five Australian business days; this is a support target, not a guaranteed service level.
Complaints
This page is updated when information handling changes. Raise a concern through the support channels above first so it can be investigated. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if a privacy complaint is not resolved.
